The machine deals you a franchise and a decade β seven eras, 1960s to today.
You draft one legend from it, his real per-game stats translated to today's game.
A QB, RB, WR, TE, and a flex build your team; the engine plays the year.
Only about 1 in 100 great teams runs the table.
ROUND 1 OF 5
FRANCHISE
ERA
YOUR SEASON
Pick Your Franchise
Every spin lands on your team; only the decade changes, and
your team re-spin becomes a second era re-spin. 29 of the 32 can
post a 16β1 season with the right five and take a silver crown;
16 of those can run the table at 17β0 for gold.
Three franchises will never wear either. The crowns on each chip are the ones that
club can win, and they fill in when you win them.
How to Play
Build a five-man all-time NFL lineup strong enough to go 17β0.
Every card is a real player's decade with a franchise β his true
per-game production across that era (1960β2024).
1 Β· The Machine
Each round the slot machine deals a franchise + decade, from the
1960s through the 2020s. You draft one legend from that team in
that era β one card per player, like 2000s Peyton Manning or
1960s Jim Brown. Five rounds fill five slots:
QBRBWRTEFLEX (flex takes any RB / WR / TE).
1Β½ Β· Era Adjustment
Every stat line is per-game production, translated to today's game,
adjusted for each decade's league environment. A 14-game 1965 workhorse,
a strike-year season, and an injury-shortened campaign all measure fairly
against a 2023 star. The engine then plays your five at 17-game pace.
1ΒΎ Β· One-Franchise Mode
Ride or die: pick your team from the home screen and every spin lands on
your franchise β only the decade changes. Your team re-spin becomes a
second era re-spin. 29 of the 32 can reach 16β1
for a silver Franchise Crown, and 16 of those can
reach 17β0 for gold. Every crown you win is marked
on that teamβs chip forever. Can you fill all 45?
2 Β· The Re-Spins
You get one team re-spin and one era re-spin per game.
Spend them wisely β save them for when the machine lands on a barren roster.
3 Β· The Engine
Your five cards' stats sum into six categories: Pass Yds Β· Comp % Β· Rush Yds Β·
Rec Β· Rec Yds Β· TDs. Each runs through an S-curve β weak totals score almost
nothing, but past a threshold the returns explode. Rushing is weighted up and raw
catch-counts down, so a ground-and-pound build is a real path. No dice: the same
roster always posts the same record. The entire game is the build.
4 Β· The Bar
The engine is calibrated so only ~1% of good builds go 17β0.
16β1 is excellent. 17β0 is immortality β and it wants production
everywhere: a roster of legends with one dead category tops out
around 16β1. Five names donβt make a team; five fits do.
